Our Forward Line looked very good last night but again our Poor Goal Kicking was a Problem. Elliot missed a Sitter and White and Cloke each kicked 2.3 and they missed some sitters. Like Cloke 15 meters out and misses:cry:

IF we kicked straighter at 3 Qtr time we could been 70 points up and Kicked Straighter in last QTR we could of Killed the Lions off instead it going to just about the end to hold them off.

Hope this Improves as it would cost us against Better Sides

Has been a problem with us for a while Dave, sadly that is the other side of the coin to Trav's sensational marking and huge tank - he has the worst set kick method of all time.

12-14 isn't that bad. We only missed one real sitter from a set shot that I can recall.

Elliott / first qtr on the full
Elliott / 2nd qtr snap from 15m didn't make distance
Goldsack / 3rd qtr on the full
Cloke / 3rd qtr point from 15m in front
Varcoe / 3rd qtr from 35m on the run
White / 3rd qtr set shots (2) miss from 35m (tight-ish angle)
Blair / 4th qtr snap from 30m, point

These are the types of goals that top teams kick. There's 25+ gimme points that went begging. Need a better 'killer instinct' cos we bed to work twice as hard to get the score on the board.

Seriously as captain of nicks 22 I kicked that for 6 points with a belly full of America. Honey and 6 inch heels on, for the pay of 3 soggy dim sims (who was responsible for the steamer?)

That was a shocking shocking miss!

At least there is hope to fix this very, very old problem. At least we have Faz, Elliott, White, Karnezis and Broomhead who are all good finishers. I'm hoping we are going to see improvement there. It's pretty clear have endeavoured to fix our kicking problems. This will be a different team when Seedsman, Scharenberg, Oxley, Moore, De Goey, Maynard, Reid and Karnezis are regulars.

Yes we need to improve out kicking accuracy. It's costing us percentage.......... (que percentage debate).

True dave, its frustrating, I have a feeling young Moore will add accuracy to our forward line, down the track a bit.

Yes it could have been better but conditions last night must be factored in. It's an issue we must keep working on but At least we had a systematic look about our forward entry's which has been lacking for a long time before last night.
