ROUND 12 2015:

Our toughest task this year awaits, but good Nicksters, I reckon we can do it.

This week we come up against Bye and I'm tipping them to win it comfortably.

Plenty of new faces in Nick's Posting XXII this week, and every one of them a known champion with an outstanding reputation for own goals, stuffups, bad moments, and downright shockers.

If any mob can get the hapless Bye over the line to their first-ever win, these are the boys.

Game on! Go get right royally rogered lads!

Great team there to take on the undefeated Bye coach.

Peter Griffin up forward is a great selection, she's an absolute spitfire when roused who will give and take no quarter.

I'll be watching the game with rapt interest not at all and present for the mandatory drug and alcohol testing first thing Monday. Sorry I failed last week, I'll try much harder this week to ensure I have a BAC of at least 0.08 when I front up for training on Monday, 0.03 was a poor effort. Embarassed

I blame a good liver and genetics.

Hey Stui, didn't Peter Griffin towel you up at training one day at Vic Park?

I look at this team and think this is a team crafted to represent everything the coach stands for.

Sportsbet are offering $5.80 the win. I've mortgaged my house and put the whole lot on the Bye. Be a close game I reckon, but if the Posting XXII line up as selected I reckon I can't lose.

As we speak, I am looking for my wine merchant's after-hours number. Expect a very large delivery to the Posting XXII cellar next week. Err ... but you are not allowed to drink it all yet. Not 'till after we beat Freo and Hawthorn.

Don't worry Coach, your bet is very safe, I have been watching videos of Tarrant and Maxwell learning just how to play the full back role, could be in for a new record, Fred Fannings goal tally has stood for way to long!

Don't worry about this one coach. We'll smash them, and I know that piedys is eager to run straight off the bench and flatten Pavlova.

Seems skaman has been missing from training for a while now. I'm not sure what he's up to, but I do know he's got a new donkey which he keeps tethered to a pole in his basement. Embarassed

Rudie, sorry mate, you're not playing Freo. (Nor is Piedys for that matter.) Freo is next week, and I'll be selecting the Best Available Team to take on the league leaders on their own home ground. You are playing this week and your opponent is the Bye and I hope the Bye wins, which is why I have selected the Worst Available Team to take the Bye on.

(Yes, you read that right. You currently you seem to be playing in both the Best Available Nick's Posting XXII and the Worst Available Nick's Posting XXII in successive weeks. I am unable to offer a rational explanation for this.)

I can only assume this team was selected on the basis of a vast criminal history.

Only the best of the worst this week.

Don't worry coach. With this team your house is safe. You can always press cash out if things look bleak. You may only lose the dimmie steamer.
