Sam Dwyer seen as B.O.G for Collingwood with creditable mentions to Pat Kanezis and Jon Marsh.
Moore kicks two goals as well -putting their hands up for an AFL game

Credible enough, although Sam Dwyer was by no means the 'real' BoG (that honour, in my view, goes to Ben Moloney, with Jack Hellier not far behind).

That being said Dwyer, Karnezis and Marsh all made credible cases for a call-up. Moore, not so much, but should come in anyway for Cloke...

Thanks for that and I think our website was focusing on AFL players mainly

To replace a tall forward in Travis from VFL side would it be Moore or Gault
Any other prospects or do we play a small forward line by introducing a prominent goal scorer like Pat Karnezis

When Gault was in our senior side I thought he was serviceable, so it surprises me that he hasn't been able to produce any dominant performances in the reserves since being dropped. Although I note that he didn't play yesterday. I agree with the earlier poster who has suggested bringing Karnezis in to replace Cloke. We could go for a more mobile less stagnant forward line with just White and the resting ruck as the two tall targets. Worth thinking about anyway.

Gault has been out injured with hip flexor issues, so won't be in contention either way. Cloke's injury has completely exposed the major hole in our list, which is a second dominant marking forward. With Reid currently (and perpetually) injured, there is literally nobody to fill the void. If Cloke ends up being long term, Moore will likely be thrown to the wolves for the rest of the year, which may not be such a bad thing if it speeds up his development.

I'd like to see PK get a few games in a row in. He can play tall and while he's no race horse, is more mobile than Gault or Moore.

Credible enough, although Sam Dwyer was by no means the 'real' BoG (that honour, in my view, goes to Ben Moloney, with Jack Hellier not far behind).

And is it viable to promote Ben Moloney and Jack Hellier to the senior list with a view to playing them in 2015?

No, can't be done. They're VFL-listed players, not rookies.

They can, however, be drafted in either the national or rookie drafts, if that's the direction we wanted to go...

The hole wasn't as big until Feb when the player earmarked for the 2nd tall forward option tested positive to a banned substance.
Things up forward would've been a lot better had he been available.

moloney is 24 and hellier turns 27 shortly.

JW, I care little for their ages; I'm more concerned with ball getting abilities.
I don't care if they are as slow as Mitchell, as long as they could perform that sort of role with disposal accuracy at senior level...
