Vale: Glenn Frey

Morning all.
Not like me to start threads, but it is with a heavy heart this morning we read of the passing of Eagles great, Glenn Frey at 67.

One of my heroes has fallen, and i'm pretty numb right now:

Thanks Glenn, for the years of inspiration that the Eagles have given me.
Seems this will spell the end of this mighty band now too.

January 2016 has claimed another one; it is said death comes "in threes", but it is losing count this month.

I agree. It is easy to mock the Eagles as "corporate rock" , and it's not really my thing, but they were sublime at what they did, and Frey was the driving force, even if Felder and Henley were the sound.
