If Grundy name isn't on this weeks team sheet in permanent marker, then we are seriously stuffed.
Once again, I don't know what Witts has done to earn a spot over any other tall in the team.
His nab cup form as far as I saw was average at best. Whoever thought he had a very good man cup must've been watching different games to me. _________________ - Side By Side - |

Thought the same thing, if this is all they give us then go and get stuffed. Would have been nice to deflect the pain of Sat night by a good highlight reel of some of pur star in the twos. _________________ There is Collingwood and then the rest. |

Witts was the dominant player on the ground for Collingwood in important stages of those games. He put the ball straight into the hands of the midfield repeatedly at Geelong - de Goey was breathtaking, in large part because of the armchair ride from the ruck contests. Witts was quite hideous against the Swans but there is no doubt at all in my mind that he was going to be picked as first ruck for that game. It would have been a farce if he weren't given that chance. |
