Has to be. We just keep getting worse and there real lack of Effort from Playing List.
Bucks can't Coach.
So is there something wrong with the new "So-Called" Culture at the Club.
They Footy Department looking Terrible and even some Trades in the Past have not been Great.
The Whole club looks very stale.
There has to be big Changes at Club and I go as High as Pert and Eddie (And His Mates and Yes Men)
Our Club is a Joke Now

Round 3 Dave. Check hawthorn's record after round 3 and even round 4 last year.

| It's a knee jerk reaction to a terrible performance,but unfortunately there's a lot of truth to it.Under Buckley we don't seem to have any idea on how to play the modern game.In today's game it's all about speed and good ball movement,while Buckley seems to think it's all about winning contested footy.He's definitely not a man of the times. |

| We're not remotely Hawthorn. We don't have b2b premierships and a 3 time premiership coach to console ourselves with. We're $£$%^%%$ useless. |

Not a knee jerk reaction at all. It's been this way since 2014.
Knee jerk would be screaming to sack Clarkson after 3 games in 2016

Pulled apart a premiership winning team, because he didn't like some of the players party ways.
Attempts to build into his own, and falls flat on his arse.
I loved Bucks as a player, and wore his number on my back at footy training back in 1994. But, I am sorry he cannot coach at AFL level.

Pendlebury and Sidebottom speak like robots now - "just got to work on x, if we improve y, we'll be right..."

Seriously my brother blamed the supporters for putting up with the trash that has been served up by successive admins over the last 60 years
Allowing Eddie to have a captains pick in Bux was a tragedy.
Not having a proper process in determining a new coach was pathetic.
The continual belief that we have a good list for years now has blown up in our face.
The universal idea that Hine is a genius that pervades the admin
has led us to this point.
I know that the Collingwood top dogs thought we were in with a realistic chance in 2013 and 2014.
This over confidence in our ability has stuffed us big time.

And you reckon anyone has the guts to topple Ed? If Bucks goes, Ed follows. He wanted this because he didn't want Bucks going anywhere else and now look at us. He's had long enough. A new coach and administration would breath fresh air into the stale atmosphere that's festering at our once great club. We're a laughing stock and not a team to be feared. |

| How about a bit of loyalty here. The club is not stuffed. We have a bright future ahead, but at the moment we're not playing good footy. Remember the team we fielded today is the youngest team in the AFL. Goodyear made his debut today. He will only get better. Maynard had a dreadful first quarter. He played much better the next three quarters. Grundy played much better today and De Goey and Crisp we're getting more of the ball today. Next week we get back Varcoe and Sidebottom and we can only get better from here. |
