Ho hum, yet another media hack putting shit on Collingwood. Up to each one here to either take it seriously or chuck it in the bin. Your choice and right. When do they NOT set a club up and then shoot it down? It was the bloody media who wrote the articles pre season and in a way they are now fully admitting THEY were wrong but as usual, they are blaming the club, supporters, anyone else but themselves!! BAH!! They are worse than bloody fools! Surely anyone with a sense of logic can see this for the utter nonsense that it is? Surely?
I have seen/read this crap since 1970, some others here probably for longer than that. Let's all go and slit our wrists now then...........

But notice that they never ever blame themselves JW? It is always someone elses fault that THEY wrote us up pre season!! Unbelievable bloody crap!!
When journos always blame someone else instead of looking at the mirror, you have a very obvious problem with an ego driven, blaming others media.

Yep, fluff piece without any real analysis, throw in a couple of bleeding obvious stats. And a bit harsh in his assessment of Langdon, yeah he started slowly but has built every week and I think would have been battling with Treloar as our best player Sunday.

there are some who are conceding they may have got it wrong. you would know that if you listened to or watched the various radio/tv programs.

1. Don't be fooled by the false harbingers of pre-season.

2. Don't fall for the Collingwood hype.

And then we break them. Every year.

What does he mean by De Goey being the 2014 pea? He was running around in the under 18s in 2014. Cmon now get it right or don't bother writing.

Oh yeah, classy bloke too is Baum;

I liked the article, facts are facts the club and playing lists are in a deep hole currently. We are fives years into a rebuild that unless we see a drastic change in form will be in 2016 in about the same place we have been the past two years. Get angry at the messenger if you wish Lazza. But the reality is we are: as a club, about where we deserve to be right now.

It is going to take allot of hard work and probably some big decisions at seasons end to get us going forward again. It is not impossible for us to improve this year...But we are very unlikely now to hit the heights the media/club and fans were crowing about just a few months ago.

Tom Langdon made a howler on the weekend but I think he has been one of our better performers for the year. He Cloke, Crisp and Langdon as way out of touch. Agree with the first two (although cloke is just done not just out of form)

Crisp has been bloody awful this year. Compared to last years great season.
