Think the calls about sacking Buckley are warranted but he is part of a underperforming Football Department. In every facet, the recruiting, the player development, the fitness staff and the coaching seems very ordinary.

If we are serious about onfield success, the club will undertake an external review of the department by a football person who hasn't got ties to Gary Pert or Eddie McGuire.

As bad as Nathan is coaching, we seem to be filled with very mediocre people in the football department. No one would be sounded out to join another club.

Even Derek Hine has major questions around him now.
