I wish we had another go at them this year, they will fall away pretty badly in the 2nd half of the year and some big scores against them is on the cards.
Percentage could be the difference between 6th - 14th |

| That's what I thought last year and all we did was let them ride off into the 2015 sunset on the back of the victory pony. At least this way they can't "salvage" anything against us in 2016. Also, playing adequately against a few barely competent teams will be a more useful learning experience for our team. |

The less crap teams we play the better.
Being challenged by better teams and scrapping a few wins here and there will better for this group than doing more training drills against the bummers.
Not phased we don't see them again.
Carlton on the other hand.....we need redemption.

It was 1896, or basically never. 2 games per year EVERY season for 120 years, except 1991.
Then with Essendon guaranteed to be shite, there's a second occasion... ever!

We will play them twice next year, at least. They should be the strongest side with a dozen of their best coming in after having discovered several stars this season! Would NOT be surprised to see them win a flag in the next 3 years. They'll almost certainly play finals next year.
Carlton did a big bad naughty, the AFL f**ed them HARD, they still ain't back!
Essendon did a far bigger naughty, prolly the worst you can do, and the AFL gently makes love to them on satin sheets. They'll spend a single year on the pine, then get an incredible boost with a FAAR better coach than they had! Shoulda completely left them alone!! They'd still be shite with no sign of improvement and Numnuts Hird as coach!!!
