Wills was an emergency so you'd think he'd be getting a callup ahead of Sier

No change for mine unless Treloar is ready to come in.
We drew with the benchmark and I don’t think it’s a good idea to be dropping players after that performance.
Let Cox, Stephens and co do something special at a lower level before we start gifting “ big name “ players games.

I don’t buy this “ if Stephens had played we would have won the game “ folly.
If Stephens was the 2018 version, I would agree but clearly the coaching staff don’t think he was anywhere near that form last week at least.
It was only one round earlier, that same team bar Cox, belted the dogs.
Hardly the time to be burning players who are yet to play in a losing team.

All the same, I wouldn’t mind us playing a forward or two this week, if we have any.

^ Not much a forward can do when the ball isn't getting past the centre circle

I think there’s a few on here who have put to much focus on the scoreline in one game against very good opposition ( and with the usual near full list to pick from ) Richmond are the benchmark and haven’t won two of the last three flags because they give up goals easily or because they roll over whenever it gets a bit tough. I believe they have now gone 12 months without being beaten on their home ground.
We weren’t going to badly in the previous game when we kicked 13 goals in a season of reduced qtrs. Sometimes you got to win ( or draw ) ugly against the best opposition.
Let’s all just cool our jets for a week or two, get a couple players back and let them ALL do some transition training together for a while before we start condemning our forward line for a hard fought draw against the best going around.
As for the Cox / Cameron argument, I will leave with that with the “ official “ match committee. I’m just happy that Cox finally has some competition for his spot. That will bring out the best in both of them.

Sounds like Stevo and Wills are the ins.

Quite an informative article.

I wonder whether we can try the yellow-hat thing during a real game. If we're given one yellow hat, who should wear it?

Good ins if it’s Kenny Rogers and Wills. Madgen OK for an out (for size) but would have dropped T Brown before Thomas if they are the outs.

Great selections. Stephenson hopefully helps with goal Kicking and difficult to match up on. Wills also adds more grunt and toughness in the middle

I am really happy to see these inclusions. JT or Tyler Brown: either could have made way for Wills, but keeping Tyler retains pace. Think these changes add brilliance and balance to our team.
