Interesting with Cox named as emergency - I wonder if they want to see how Cameron goes as a forward/ruck to have a real comparison with Cox.
Is good to see that there may be genuine competition for that role _________________ I think therefore I think - I think |

If I’m wrong so be it but I think this will be an incredibly close game as both teams are still finding their feet. The winning margin will be under 2 goals. _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Agree.
I thought Madgen was a little unlucky to be dropped. |

Week 1 was hot pies, week 2 was lukewarm pies week 3 we better crank the heat and bring our A game. I think we'll win but to do so our fwd line needs to deliver. Stepho coming in gives us a much needed spark and frees up jdg and elliott play elsewhere as well as options to rotate our fwds. Will be a tough game though. Our mid setup is a mix of experience and not so experienced players but we have enough experience to cover there. Wills should gives us extra grunt. Our defense is solid and not much needs to change there. |

Some rain, crossing the SA/Vic. border and heading for Melbourne.
With about 2 hours till our match, it could be an issue or may just peter out. _________________ Donny.

To win we must have less passengers in the forward line then last week. Elliott just has to get dangerous Thomas was dropped. Hoskin-Elliott was not great either.
Our midfield has to stamp it's dominance. Backline last week (as has been the case last few years) rock solid.
Congrats to Maynard called him in his first year as a great player and he is has proven to be a vital cog down back... 100 down, and he has 150 to go Brayden.you deserve a premiership medal in your career. _________________ "To know nothing of events before your birth, is to forever remain a child" - Cicero (Roman Lawyer/Senator) 46 BCE. |

If you read Bucks' assessment of the game last week, it was not our forward line that was the issue. He even said that had JS been playing last week, most probably his goal output would not have differed much from the rest of our forwards. The issue was supply and delivery to our forwards. Our midfield lacked the capacity to drive the ball forward for virtually the entire second half, or to deliver it with any decisiveness. That is why I am really happy that we selected another hard midfielder in Wills to strengthen our midfield, and release Pendles to the outer. That is where our performance has to improve today, in the midfield. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Bad error in defence by Grundy. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |
