On the menu tonight - BBQ and Salad.

Made a curry rice salad with some apple, sultanas and dried pineapple;
A pasta salad with spring onions, capsicum and a herb and basil dressing
Lettuce and chopped stuff - {cherry tomatoes; celery; cucumber; spring onions; cheese; radish, all mixed together)

For the meat, we have a marinated pork rib rack, sausages and hamburgers and some chicken thigh fillets in smokey barbecue marinade. (sorry Mandy, no lamb)

For Ron, I've got some chicken satay skewers and a butterflied piece of beef with pepper crust. That will wait for tomorrow/Tuesday.

Sounds like a veritable banquet. Yum scrum Stui.

We're having fresh cheese & spinach tortellini with a basic napoli sauce (purchased from the local fresh pasta place) with a garden salad tonight.

Had dumplings and potato gems (with tomato sauce!) last night. Wonder if we'll ever actually cook a meal?

Did some pizzas in the woodfired oven.

Prosciutto and Bocconcini.
Ham, cheese and chilli.

Still yet to master the art of getting the right tempreture...
