Interesting. I still can't find any conclusive evidence (i.e. a Snopes article!) as to whether it was real or fake. I suppose the fact that it was posted as part of the marketing campaign for Rise of the Planet of the Apes tends towards the latter, although is it inconceivable that footage of unusual primate behaviour was collected for that purpose? Or is that clutching at straws? :P

The ceiling manhole is in the laundry. I've left the cover off for quite a while, Ceebs replacing it.

A few weeks back I saw a mannequin head at the market and thought "Hmmmmmm" So I bought the head, and set it up in the roof so if you look up at the manhole, there's a head staring back at you.

Damn I've got my $10 bucks out of that head. :P

The daughter and the border both had WTF moments, one of the daughter's friends started screaming, but the best one was tonight.

The boy came over for dinner and bought a mate. I showed the mate the head and asked him to set my son up to have a look and see what happened. He set him up perfect, the reaction was beautiful, if I hadn't been standing there he might have knocked himself out on the kitchen doorway when he turned and bolted from the laundry

I could almost see his heart pumping. Damn it was funny. :P 8)

I have a skeleton I used to use when I was tutoring. I like to dress it in the bright turquoise djellaba I bought in Morocco and hang it on the back of the bathroom door when people come to visit!

^ I've actually used Lola's 'Veet' for beard removal once. It's kind of effective, but you still need to shave half your face afterwards anyway. :P
