They are Blaming Kids with Autism instead of Companies Ripping the NDIS Off

Nah dave, do a bit more research. labor aren't "blaming" kids, the numbers of Austism diagnosis have jumped massively since the NDIS came in, they're just looking at the eligibilty criteria rather than automatically gifting every family who's GP says their kid is in the spectrum $30k each year.
That guy who's Tweet you posted is a very unreliable source of news. Far right biased big time.

More than 8 percent of five- to seven-year-olds are now on the scheme, leading some experts to suggest that level 1 autism diagnoses in Australia have gradually disappeared and been replaced by level 2 diagnoses, which typically qualify for support.
When so many people are using the system as a slush fund the Government's solution is to make it even harder to access.“The [NDIS] was designed for people who need assistance with core functioning, with the most profound disabilities. I don’t think the scheme was ever intended just to say, ‘I have a diagnosis, therefore I’m on the scheme’,” Shorten said on Monday".

Whenever there is government cash on offer there will be people lining up to rort the system, which only adversely impacts the genuine cases.
Only takes a Few to Ruin it for Everyone.
Doubt be too much effected by this

The penalties for rorting aren't tough enough as it's treated as a soft crime and they prefer not to lock these types of people up in preference to more serious crimes. These crimes have to be treated as major crimes with minimum sentences and non-Australian Citizens deported after they have served their sentences.
