To be honest, I'm more concerned about the vetting process that brought him to the Club in the first place. Was he really that good at pulling the wool over our recruiters' eyes, or ...?

Just.....move....on.
It is a fact that some of us cannot just “move on” without resolving the issues and this takes time. I am still angry that the club chose to deal with Geelong and made them stronger (just like we did with Grundy and Melbourne). We are moronic to do this. However what’s done is done. As I have said previously, Collingwood has taken one step forward this year only to take two steps back next year. First time I have ever been upset with Craig McRae seemingly supporting this bloody nonsense from the club
I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm ☔️

Henry wont do much at handbagger land, end of next season, all their old Premiership stars will retire, like Hawkins, and more, Sellwood gone now, and the Cats will plummet down the ladder, has too happen, inevitable. Hes gone there at the wrong time, the end of an era.

1. "I won't get a game because "McStay Carey/Hart" is coming". Then said:
2. "I'm not getting enough $$"
3. "I'm homesick" (for 58km away)
4. "I want to play with my brother"
5. "It's not you (Collingwood) it's me"
6. Then said "It is you, I'll nominate for the draft" and I'm never coming back to Magpies"!

Now spoiled little Henry having "got his way" tries to send a "risk mitigation thankyou" out to the Magpies faithful, with all of the writings seemingly reading like a Player Agent's witness statement!

Am i ungrateful, angry, not buying it, annoyed and pissed off? Absolutely. Compare that to Brodie Grundy's graceful and classy departure. Too many so-called fans are too accepting and twee. It's not the tribal Magpies way.
spot on

Be interesting as to who lines up on him when we first meet (assuming he gets a senior game)

If its Maynard I reckon he might be in for it

65 pages....I'll go ahead and take the bet that he plays less games than there are pages that end up in this thread.

We got a good deal for the situation we were in

In the AFL's projected best 22 team for Geelong he's on the emergency list.
It will be hard for him to get in this team with a strong forward line.

Emerg: Mark O’Connor, Sam Menegola, Jack Bowes, Ollie Henry

That's enough about players who aren't at the club, methinks.
