Would say no chance for AFL recall just yet.

Ed Allen is special. Jakob Ryan looks the goods.
Reef comes in for Cameron.
Yep he ducked the tackle on his first touch. Apart from the excitement of the first quarter he struggled to have an impact. I think Jack will be in the VFL team for a while to build his confidence, touch and form. It’s almost like he’s started again. Needs to become more selfless and support the team if he wants the chance to play AFL and taste success again
Ed Allen kicked our last goal of the year at the 58minute mark

Ed Allan showed plenty in the first quarter some great moves in and out of the centre, inside 50’s, a goal and some goal assists. Very promising.

He did fine. 13 disposals 2 goals. Didn’t set the world on fire but did enough.
One more week in VFL will be enough.
The part of him needing to be selfless? Not sure what you were watching last night. Gave Ed a beautiful handball for a goal assist. Half his disposals were handballs, so he’s bring players into the game.

You must have better watching skills than me as Fly agrees with you based on his comments today. Barring injury who would you replace with Jack in the current AFL team? Not sure he can play ruck or talk in the F50 to backfill a rotating Rick.

^He's the best forward on the list and the straightest kick for goal at the Club. He can replace anyone, anytime they decide he's paid his penance.
