My mum and sister both got scammed, but not by clicking on anything they shouldn’t, it was Telstra’s prepaid recharge. It’s the only logical option as it was the only thing Mum had used in months and then sister does it on her card and bang, scammed.

Both got the money back straight away from the bank though.
