EG: He said on SEN that Nick should have at least got a 50m and the Hawks player should have been suspended.
. Really? Good for him!
So pissed he’s hurt, umps need to stop what goes beyond a genuine hard tag and goes into thuggery.
So my wifi is spotty, I’m currently laid out on a lounger in the sky bar of a cruise ship in Alaska, knocking back back Jimmy’s combined with hubbies Margaritas when he nods off! Anything else I should know?
You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!
Fly and Collingwood socials have confirmed Steele will miss with a foot injury. “More details to come.” This is never good.
And this is why the likes of Bianco, Carmichael, Finn, etc. should’ve played more games than the combined ONE this season. Horrible mismanagement of a squad.
How many weeks for Side I thought he did not have an injury and was just getting back playing again
Agree on McRae and Carmichael
This could be the reason we won’t win the flag this season
Our next wave of kids just have not had a chance or even given one
The selection panel must be held to account
Extremely unprofessional of them
As with Sidebottom I feel I was his turn to get injured at training and he was the player this week
The doom continues
Never can take a trick
Just thinking Murphy McRae and Carmichael all clear now we have Sidebottom injured
It never ends
It’s a moving feast all of this bad luck
WHE or Hill can play Sidebottom role I’ll keep Sidebottom on ice till finals it’s foot soreness anyway and just a tad inflamed rest him for 2 weeks.
Like to see Murphy potentially come back fresh for the lions
Must play Carmichael Finn and Allan this week
Just give us a sneak peak in the next wave of kids at long last
More importantly just win and use the lions and Essendon games as mear tuneups for the finals
This Friday is our most important game of the season
Win then tune up
Just get the job done
Listening to Fly yesterday, there is NO doubt in my mind, we will see a very, very different Magpies team this Friday night, with a whole new attitude and total determination, compared to last week. We will know within first 15 minutes if we have really come to play, and after all the shit the Club has copped this week, I reckon we will, its time for cold blooded redemption. !
Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.
Chess and Vodka are born brothers. - Russian proverb.
Somehow we need Adams and pendles at the coal face
So I’ll have Cox Pendles Adams at the first centre bounce
Crisp Center
De goey just forward of centre
Need level heads
Pendles Adams fit the bill and get it to JDG and we goal
Yeah thanks McStay and checkers as well
Don’t **** around get it in there and goal

But what if we “ managed “ a couple against Port by choosing not to play our best available 22 ? Chances are we lose and and we would now have zero buffer for top spot on the ladder. Then all hell would really break loose because let’s be honest, there are plenty on here who don’t handle anything less than outright top spot on the ladder very well.
I go with Hodgey:
“...His brother looks after him every time he gets bumped, then (Brayden) Maynard comes in there so they’ve got that look-after-my-little-brother feel which is so good to watch and as a teammate, you’d love to be a part of it.
“Now Nick’s not there, they’ve had a couple of losses and they can go back to the drawing board and go look, this is how we want to play.”

Great article, thanks for link. Contrary to some here, I don't mind Hodge as a commentator, - he explains tactics and what is going on during play well. I have always respected his opinion, and this article provides some valuable insight from a guy who should know about the path to winning Premierships.
