I’ve done the prediction thing
If we lose v Essendon then we have a better chance on playing port at mcg if we win then it’s dees
Could it be entertaining the thought of closely losing the game Friday night in order to ensure we play port
If we end 2nd we play port 1st we play Melbourne
Port at mcg is a true home ground advantage where we play Melbourne there is none
I think brisbane now top 2
Like to be on the opposite side of the finals draw of Carlton and Melbourne as well
Do not want to face Carlton at all
If we do it’s their turn to end our season be in the finals
I think Carlton are scary
So too brisbane
Collingwood only won those early games when things didn’t matter now come to the crunch and we start losing
August has been a horrible month to say the least
I think also Sydney have got back their 2022 mojo as well

A little part of me died yesterday when Carlton qualified. (And I hate when people go on about how good they are - they’ve had 10 years of early draft picks). I think they’ll lose to Giants next week (the form side of the comp) and then hopefully they are bundled out by the Giants or Swans week 1.

Carlton are this ever inflating giant balloon since 9 rounds ago that they keep getting bigger and bigger.

Huffing and puffing to try to play Pies again

I miss not seeing the cats in the finals and so the umpires can orchestrate another flag for them
Now they can orchestrate it for Carlton and Sydney instead

AFL dream GF this year is carlton v sydney
or brisbane v blues or sydney

they would like brisbane there and play either blues or swans

afl will be hoping we make a semi final exit.

some how they would like port there as well.

but its brisbane v sydney for mine

Go Freo then Dees most likely third. Would love to see Giants smash blues twice

Eagles beating Bulldogs today means only one top 8 spot is up for grabs, and it’s between the Bulldogs and the Giants. Bulldogs make it if they beat Geelong and Carlton beat GWS; in all other scenarios, they miss out.

Interesting to see where the top four settles after the two other games today. Melbourne vs Hawks is close, and Freo vs Port just started.
