Tough game again.
Grundy will be fired up again I reckon and they were very good last week.
Cameron should go for broke (3 goals would be helpful) and hopefully Cox can lift after a mediocre game last week.
Hoping Finn kills it in the middle - he's up against a few young guns as well, so time to prove himself.
Great to have Howe back in the mix - lots of nous in the back-line is needed.

Im relieved sanity prevailed and Mason Cox was not omitted, as I heard he had been. Yeh, that bloody Grundy was in fine fettle last week, he took Max to the cleaners, so we must watch him like a hawk, double team him with Cox and Cameron, wear him down a bit. Tough match, Swans no pushovers, dour team typical Longmire team, been that way for years now. I just think what with the unfurling of the flag, plus we have at least 8 players from last week, who were poor to say the least, so they all have a point to prove tonight, and I cant see them all playing that poorly again. ! Time for redemption, tonight. Woods by 20 points.
Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Always wanted to know if when a premiership team that has un furled thier flag like what we are going to do tonight has ever lost that match.
To me it would be the peak of a premiership hang over if we were to lose tonight.
I feel wary on tonight match with the Swans.
I just want to the Pies to just get 1 win under their belts in 2024.
Just to open our account.
I am wary and worried that the Swans may show us up a bit.
To Collingwood just get the job done and time to get this flag hang over off our backs.
Get out there and win.

Last time the club unfurling the flag lost the same match was Hawthorn in 2009. Before that it was Sydney in 2006.23 YIPPEE!!! wrote:Always wanted to know if when a premiership team that has un furled thier flag like what we are going to do tonight has ever lost that match.

who thinks that frampton could be the key in replacing mcstay in 2024. I think ill try frampton out as a forward.
Not too sure if Cox thing is working i like Cox if not rucking play off half back more.
Also like someone like WHE or Marcov play as half forward.
Me thinks come seasons end that it could spell the end of Johnson.
We also have Carmicheal and Allan in the Fin McRae boat as well elite young talent worth giving it a crack at AFL level.

Ruck battle. We last week saw Grundy play that position like when he was at his.best
Now will that be the edge -the % Swans need
IMO not as both Cameron & Cox are servisable but not the top echelon of the craft in the comp and that said weβve won a lot of footy willl Cox/Cameron
A task and a big one for new boy Fin & co to negate his impact for first ball use
