Treat it like "just another game". Treated like a final when last we played them, and ran out of steam by the end.

It's actually a less important game now that the Cats have lost. Lose and we're still in touch with second spot. A win would be nice, but is far from essential.

2nd spot means nothing, we either get top or doesnt matter whether we finish 2nd or 3rd, no difference at all

This is THE game of the year, given the winner get top spot.

If we lose, we just aren't good enough. No excuses today, no rationalising away the loss as a good loss. This game defines Collingwood 2010. Given the prize of top spot and the fall out from Round 3, there is no opportunity to wobble today.

Freo sneak up into second and we could have a bad first final (and a return trip to melbourne)

The first priority is to finish top 4 , the second is to finish above freo and get a home final (even from 3rd against a victorian team
A win today would mean that both the saints and geelong are also under pressure from freo

shit mate, id prefer to play freo in perth than the saints/cats in melbourne, but thats just me.

for those of us not attending the game today, it all starts at 1pm folks, the VFL game featuring the russ is televised at 1pm, then the big show at 2.30 (vic viewers), cant wait to see the russ in action at FF, id love to see him kick a bag, that'd set the cat amongst the pidgeons wouldnt it?

been thinking a bit about the game today, when you think back to the first final last year (we lost by 5 goals) cloke was useless, rocca played ok but was injured just after HT and pendles went off in the first 5 minutes, so we were down to 20 for a half, that was the last time we played these pricks at the G, the more i think about it the more confident i am!!
