Dave, from what I can tell there is no structure to the old links now. It is all on demand.
Go here: http://bigpondvideo.com/AFL
Search on the year you want to find in the top right corner, ie. 2005. It will come up with a list of stuff, including rugby games etc, but just click to the next lot of stuff and you will get games.
Then, use an extension for Firefox called 'Download Helper' to download the game once it starts playing.
Let me know if you have any issues.
EDIT: Download helped doesn't seem to picking up the really old games for some reason. But it works for most. |

Agree Old Games seem to be Un-Downloadbable  but I can download games of the last few seasons
