Yep 3-4 more of those injuries this year and we will get a rule change probably. Or 1 if its Judd. |
Yea I posted this in the match thread:

Apart from the injury to Caff (those sorts of things will happen if the umpires allow players to bump other players in the knee), what more could you want? |
This trend is becoming more frequent in games now. It happens in at least every game were a player will throw his body in kamikaze like into an opponents legs in his attempt to get the ball.
The league need to address this! |

^ Malthouse mentioned it last year in a press conference. I think it was after a Geelong game, who seem to do it the most. _________________ Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey, we want some Bayley! |

What a shame. Doubt we'll see him play for us again.
Hope his recovery goes well. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Sad for the Caff, who will seriously struggle to remain on our list after this year.
However, in my mind Fasolo has his spot covered. |

Probably worth trying the LARS treatment so he can get back this year. _________________ kill for collingwood! |

Definitely not, roar. Ask Brent Staker, Nick Malceski or David Rodan. It just doesn't work. _________________ "The greatest thing that could happen to the nation is when we get rid of all the media. Fasolo is more a direct replacement for Didak IMO.
Macaffer was a missing link last year IMO, he gave us some much needed strength over the ball and because of his marking ability was a difficult matchup for the opposition.
I'm sure Buckley had high hopes for him this year as did most of us.
I agree with a previous poster that Tom Young could well be a viable replacement for the caff.
