^^I'm not so sure. If Aish is seen as a better player than Scharenberg, there's nothing wrong with picking Aish and Salem as they are very different players despite both being mids. I'd not be passing on a better player just for balance. Not saying Aish is better, just that if he is, we should take him. _________________ Well done boys! |

i guess. i still can't really get over what appears to be daylight robbery going on. no team in the top 8 should be afforded this luxury.

Sounds like you feel guilty mate
The system has been contrived and it is what it is. Our staff is making the system work for them and doing it really, really well.
The playing field isn't level and we are running up hill. Exploiting the "vagaries" of the system is the only way we are going to be able to compete against our dark overlords.
A core group of players including these two guys, Grundy, JT, Broomhead, Adams, Kennedy, Williams, Seedsman and Witts are going to wreak a decade's worth of destruction on opposition teams and it was assembled while we played finals every year.
Can you imagine what type of supporter you'd have to be to think Bucks wasn't on the right track? |
no conscience on this one. i just find it laughable that we have done so well. |
dont forget that we lost two players, who when fit are easily in the best 50 ploayers in the league and daisy was at one time a top 10 player.
Part of the reason we finished 8th and not 4th is because they werent prodicing at that level in 2013.
So i would say our team has made tremendous improvement from our 2013 team as it was, but has lost some real guns. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Nah the reason we finished 8th not 4th is we tanked a final in order to earn last night's spoils.
But yes we had to replace Dale. But he may or may not have worked his way back into the 22 anyway _________________ they can smell what we're cookin' |

Daisy definitely best 22 but only once in our top 5 in the B&F. Says something over so many seasons to me. Think we'll do all right out of his departure given the draft pick we got, what we turned it into (6) and the salary cap room it creates. _________________ One team, one dream - the Pies and this year's premiership |

Meh. I replaced Dale with a baby wearing a slice of bread.
It wasn't so hard
Freeman and Scharenberg both have faces that say football star to me - as Dale did/does admittedly.
We are well in front I reckon _________________ they can smell what we're cookin' |

do you thinkk Hine told Bucks "look there are only 11 good players in this years draft, so we have to lose to Port to ensure we get pick 10 so that when Daisy leaves, we'll get pick 11 and be assured at least 2 of them? _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |
