Is anyone else having trouble with the AFL site ?

Partially loads (only the Geelong game & byes, up the top where all the matches usually are) then dies.

Slightly concerned about this game, only because we have a touch of the "Norfs" about us now, we are inconsistent to say the least.

We should win and win well, the weather helps us out, initial reports of a wet day seem off the mark, so we should win win.

l believe that it is being replayed on Friday at 11am on the normal FOX footy channel (504).

It's great that we're back at the MCG since it's been three weeks since we last played there against Carlton on Friday night.

I think this has the signs of a danger game as West Coast is a capable team with solid rucks and forwards. I don't think they're a great side as such but they're certainly capable of producing good football when the need arises. On the other hand, I think we're a stronger side overall and more evenly spread across the park with a superior midfield and solid defence. Our forward line has the potential to be strong especially if Cloke and Elliott perform. I'd expect Elliott to regain his form and Cloke desperately needs a good start to gain confidence early on.

I'm very pleased with the inclusions of Brown and Fasolo. Brown had to come in for Keefe who was deplorable last week against the Crows and Fasolo adds that touch of class off half-back that we missed last week. Pity Sammy Dwyer went out of the side as he's reliable but I wouldn't be surprised to see him back next week though. No surprises that the likes of Witts and even Cloke weren't dropped purely because we need the tall players to match the Eagles around the ground.

Overall, this is a potential danger game but I'm quietly confident that we'll get the job done and get back to winning ways especially at home.
