Could be wrong, but I think he is the last player to have played a senior game for us at Victoria Park. Possibly the last player in the competition full stop (not sure if Dustin Fletcher ever played there).

I just checked and, yes, Heath was the last player to have played a senior match at Vic Park full stop. Bit of an end of an era there. Sad

Wow. Definitely. I hadn't stopped to think that now no current Collingwood player has ever played an AFL game at Victoria Park, let alone anyone else.

What about Hudson... as for others, you'd have to think that Fletcher and Harvey have played an AFL game there.

Nope. From 1994 onwards we only played a few games a year at Victoria Park, usually against interstate sides. I checked both Fletcher and Harvey's records on AFL Tables and neither of them ever played there.

As for Ben Hudson, he's only been in the system since 2004, I think. Was a late bloomer. Smile

Last players to have taken the field at Vic Park in an AFL match:

1. Heath Scotland (2014)
2. Andrew Embley (2013)
3. Simon Black (2013)
4. Luke Power (2012)
5. Chris Tarrant (2011)

The quintessential 'good average' player, made to look better in a pretty average team.

No harm done - played in 1983 Grand Final and didn't impact. As usual.

oh no...forgot the ultimate apostate Magpie...Phil Carman!!

No harm done Reg. He only cost us the 1977 flag, and the fall-out into 1979 and 1981. And who needs Quinlan for an extra $3,000.00 anyway.

Did you also forget about the six first quarter goals Brian Taylor kicked on him at Vic Park in 1986? Poor Macca should have retired at the end of 1985 with honours.
