Clearly an aggressive elbow to the head and - nothing from the umps, the commentators or review panel.... zip.

Admittedly the guy who Sidebottom hit went off supposedly with 'concussion'. But how do we know he wasn't acting? And how hard would it be for the St Kilda doctors (who would hate Collingwood) to just say "Yes concussion".... ?
