Having someone underneath is optional, be wary of splinters. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

My back pain has lessened and my posture seems better and the deep arch in my back has slowly straightened out (better than it was).

Yeah I was booked to see a surgeon,
Go see my doc first

He was collingwoods doc in 2010.
Got both my knees X-rayed, and mri s done, 2 shots of

1 per knee, $1200 later, (inc scans and visits) I can ride a mountain bike on a dirt track for 24klm in 30 degrees in about 1.5 hours, and follow up next day with a 10klm walk on the same track, in 80 min flat. And that was 10 days after the injections, it's been 3.5 weeks, my knees don't ache, I can do 45 min on a cross trainer, with the boost up, or walk at 6.6kph on an incline of 3.5 or more, no pain!
My sister had nil Cartlidge under her right kneecap, she can now bend it past 45 degrees, no pain, the other gets done shortly. She's 53, still about 20kg over weight, but feels better than she has in 15 years!
Seriously, unless you have torn ligaments, this stuff is the bomb. I have a torn meniscus in both knees, one quite severe. And I feel so fricken good now it's scary! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

Gees and he weighs what?
So when do we arm wrestle!
At the very least get yourself a stability ball to sit on while your on the PC, work your abs without thinking about it. The key to a pain free back is strong core/abs. Do some sit ups and roll ups in the add breaks. _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

Looking at heights of cots, change tables, how you move and lift can also help to reduce back strain. |

The phone, and the people who call me on them.
I love the phrase I read somewhere a while back, "Every phone call has a victim". It's so frigging true.
Every time you phone someone it's because you want something now or because you're chilled and want to talk, blah blah blah, it's all about you, the person initiating the call.
On the other end of the equation is someone who may actually be trying to do something whatever it may be.
The person calling is imposing their sense of importance on the person they're calling. It's saying "I don't know what you're doing and I don't care because I want something now, so you stop what you're doing and talk to me because I'm more important"
Far Coff.
I really really hate when people call my landline at work, I choose not to answer because I'm actually trying to do something and they immediately call my mobile.
Credit to the el cheapo Nokia Windows phone bottom of the range model, it's surprisingly robust and handles being thrown at very hard objects. Unlike an iPhone which can crack from being glared at. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

This is your nudity fetish coming back to literally hurt you.
I say you need a good supporting corset which you should wear all the time. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |
