The Tigers looked more desperate and fierce at the contest, but the difference in the end was that when the Hawks got the ball, they were much more poised and used the ball much, much better. That's an area where we need to improve...decision-making. Pendles needs to teach our youngsters how to step sideways and look around for the best option instead of just quickly blazing away. |

^ i sometimes think we do the opposite and take too long to find a target. this pertains to when we get a mark or free kick.
also, pendles has extraordinary awareness and vision. you can't always teach that. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |
