I just hope that Eddie's captain's call to bring in Allan over the top of Balme and Hine doesn't lead to divisions within the club. Now more than ever before we need unity and a clear sense of purpose and direction. Part of me is thrilled to see Allan back as head of football, but I also admire the character of Balme who is a great influence around the club. If this promotion of Allan leads to Balme leaving, then I'm not sure it's been a good decision. |

From the first captain call MM had a no coaching role which he did not
accept so Rocket came in and altho nice to have a senior with experience
not a lot came from it as we kept heading south
There was elation when Burnsie came on board as was with Balme but these
additions still saw no movement up
So now Allen and possibly Sanderson so will this put the brakes on the down
turn and be the thing that will
They have tried some things since 2010 sucsess _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Oh fer Chrissakes, any "Coaching shake-up" which includes Buckley is just insane! We've had FIVE years of nightmares! We've tossed away half a decade, how could we possibly continue down F**ked in the Head Street! What do they honestly think could change? NOTHING will see us back on top until he's gone! how the f**k many years do these retards need to figure it out?! It simply beggars belief! Even Mao only needed 5 years to figure out that killing all the peasants was the way forward!
What possible reason could anyone have for thinking he's going to improve??? It's just insane! Look at all the improvers this year: Footscray, Adelaide, StKilda, Melbourne, Carlton, What do they have in common? New Coahces! Look at those who stagnated: Port, Richmond, Colling bloody wood, North, all hanging on to dud coaches, & paying the price, although none are close to us, planning on retaining a coach who has made the side less competitive each year he's coached, won less games each year, and fallen further down the ladder each year, to the point where only the total implosion of Freo, the penalties handed to Essendrugs, and the sheer awfulness of the two Queensland clubs has kept us out of the fight for the spoon! And lets not forget in olden times the spot we seem to have made our very own WAS the spoon! _________________ "If at first you dont succeed...

The whole bloody Fitness Department needs a severe clean out, Davoren first cab off the rank, then the rest. Have done a woeful job over last three seasons, I reckon. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

You might be right, but I actually don't think we've suffered more soft tissue injuries than anyone else this year. What we have suffered from are a lot of impact injuries, such as shoulders, collar bones, knees etc. These just seem to be the result of bad luck. Then again, I'm no expert so really I have nfi. |

Emmmm maybe... many many wasted years to get to this point, and bottom line... help or not it may not be enough. We can't afford to carry _anyone_ but yes I'm very pleased this is a start. |
