Hopefully gets another chance and is given more freedom to run and run and run. |

Feel for the kid and hope he sorts things out however he never impressed me in terms of skills or football smarts.
One requires at least one of these attributes to make it in today's game. |

Are you guys serious??? The guy wasn't any good at all!! He spent more time on his arse than on his feet, he couldn't kick and his decision making was poor at best - fork me, he is zero loss!!!
Obviously if he's suffering from issues than al the best to him. But geez, as a footballer... Not that good guys!
Also, as a side note, during his draft year many recruiters were put off him at interview - make of that what you will. _________________ Beware the swooping Magpie. |

Definitely agree but a little harsh, to his credit he did always give 100%. |

What is going on? Do we just have the most incompetent idiots in the game running the club? Or does everyone recognise that we're gonna be cellar dwellers for the foreseeable future and they're jumping ship.
Pretty sure the last 5 years have been the worst of at least my lifetime, and all the signs say there's more misery to come. And we have such a great list of players with no one to lead them. So sick of seeing other sides doing the innovating and smart thinking while we plod on like a half-dead draft horse, only interested in idiotic money-making ideas.
Could this day get any worse? |
IT did actually, Trump got elected. Back on topic, you say, the worst five years of your lifetime, hmmm, you obviously don't recall the coaching tenures of both Weidemann and Shaw too well do you, both of them took us to the wooden spoon. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Marsh came to us as a long shot. He was raw but had speed and X Factor. From observing him, he did not have a good football brain or feel for the game but he gave it all. He did demonstrate some X Factor and backed him self in a number with good results but at other times his skill by foot let him down and at other times he was easily neutralised by opposition players.
There is nothing to suggest hat this is a failing by the club as some have suggested. This is a young man who is struggling in both his personal life and his football life and wants to return home. End of story. I wish him all the best in the future. He had a go. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

Obviously wanted to get home. So can a WA team now pick him up for nothing? _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

At this point in time I think anything is possible TP. The WA clubs have shown little interest but then again if they get him for nothing, things may change. He did have potential and at the end of the day Collingwood have done much of the heavy lifting.
We just need to cut our losses and move on. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |
