Yep nothing like a long racking kick off the half back. And a long kick out too up towards the wing.
I loved it Ryan Lonies etc.... back then we could kick goals easy from 50 m out lonie did it the best and Bucks too.
Too much short chipping around these days.
i want penertration.
I cant thing of the last time a collingwood goal was kicked from around the 50 m mark.
Micocek and Stevo are our long kickers then what. |

Fatigue makes a big difference. Jack Riewoldt failing to make the distance from 35m against us comes to mind. Goal kicking accuracy, and in some cases distance, have not improved and I think it is largely fatigue-driven.
Interestingly, Gary Ablett has kicked some goals from outside 50m in recent weeks and despite being so old. _________________ One team, one dream - the Pies and this year's premiership |
