And they damage, sometimes destroy, the institutions they’re supposed to lead.
Donald Trump is, of course, one of those bosses. Unfortunately, he’s not just a bad business executive. He is, God help us, the president. And the institution he may destroy is the United States of America.

Just so. Who else could be given a casino and send it broke, FFS? _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

^ Well, about 230,000 or so deaths by election day on current projections. |

Deranged fruitcake casually wrecks post office to in turn wreck election in economy and nation he has already wrecked due to a pandemic he failed to manage.
While already clear, hearing the entire plan seep from his subconscious, which is by now about as leaky as his prostate, makes you realise just what level of destructive madness the US has come to accept as normal:
World's Worst Manager (WWM)TM wrote: | Now, they need that money in order to have Post Office work, so it can take all of these millions and millions of ballots,” Trump said. “But if they don’t get those items, that means you can’t have universal mail-in voting because they’re not equipped to have it.” |

It's astonishing how the collusion and obstruction keep being demonstrated, and yet the man whose malignant narcissism and incompetence has killed tens of thousands of people, caused a depression and destabilised the superpower marches on, like a one-man failed state.
The most hilarious line in his repertoire now is that he created the greatest economy in history once, and he can do it again — as if the bit about the depression at his hands doesn't exist, like his bankruptcies. It's an incredible study in delusional malignant narcissism. The self-deception would seem too far-fetched if he were a movie character.
There's no face or standard or even pretense to a standard left to save.

If Biden wins the Dems will get their chance to deal with covid19 and the economic destruction it has caused next year. It'll be interesting see how well they do. |

All I’ll say is, rarely have there been more deserving marks. Surprised that someone of Bannon’s profile would be caught up in something so ridiculous, but I guess it’s of a piece with the kinds of crooks and grifters Trump surrounded himself with in 2016. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Quick question. As of today, how many of Trump's team have not yet been charged with something criminal? _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

But have any of the ones charged actually been convicted of anything? Honest question. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

You reminded me of this:
