I dunno, obviously i wouldnt have done it if it didnt suit my needs.... reality is that richmond have no kpp back men.... rivers will be one for years to come, and with bradshaw down there to tell him what to do.... im sure all will be will..... yze fits (as a lesser footballer) where brown steps out...... and i am not so sure brown will be the player he was two years ago again, at least not as damaging.....
and cam cloke is cam cloke....... if i fall down anywhere it is in the draft picks.... i guess you could argue that.... but I am still quite comfy, and it leaves me in a good posi to contue the chase for the perfect team! |

And riewoldt contiues the exodus at the saints, really took cornflakes departure badly.

Tarrant and Pick 5 -> Saints |

That was quite unexpected. Having offered to put pick five on the table for Fev, Lloyd, Brown and been turned away straight away, never did Port dream that Riewoldt would come on offer.
Hopefully a Tredrea and Riewoldt pairing will strike fear into opposition hearts |

Having fixed the team's kpp forwards shortage, Port are now looking for a full back and a backup ruckman
Willing to part with picks. |

mass exodus a plenty at the Saints. Hayes and S.Fisher both exit, but now we add some hardness to the middle with Beau Waters.
Beau Waters+ pick 16 -> Saints
Hayes, Fisher and pick 28 -> WC. |

Post subject: Carlton's position | |
|
Carlton wishes to remind all other teams that :-
1. We have a policy of under 26 year old players
2. We are looking to the draft
3. We are looking at up to 3 father/son players which will use up 3 of
our draft picks.
ie. Our draft picks are not on the table, but we will consider additional draft picks for players. See page 3. |

Ok ive been on the job. I came on with the big announcement that Yze was going to go....but looks like i was too late
However i have heard a huge rumour Green may be trade bait for CHB types!!
Other big news that i have heard from my little birdie friend....
Stuart Dew believes Port Adelaide cannot win another premiership under the helm of Choco Williams and was overhead saying "I wish i could choke him with him own tie!!!" He is believed to be up for grabs to the best offer.
Further, Nathan Brown is thought to be in big trouble down at Richmond. The tigers have told him that they will not renew his next contract for the same amount of money because he will never be as good as he once was. Therefore Nathan Brown is on the search for a new club. He is also believed to be sick of richo making fun of his name and leaving dog turds in his locker.
Also heard news from an insider at Punt Road that Coughlan is no longer a required player on the list. Coughlan is looking for a new home and was overheard saying at Next Blue... "there are no more players sisters for me to go through down at tiger land..... im in desperate need of a new stomping ground"
Lastly, a deal involving Bret Thornton has been stagnated since Carlton are announcing that he is a required player, in a bid to drum up his trade value.
More news to follow _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |

ok other trade goss......
pattison from Richmond has received interest from Melbourne who are keen to offload Green.The rumour is the deal will also invlove draft picks. Despite Green having a good year....it is rumoured that he is not popular since he watches too many A league games, and did not socialise with the boys or train during the World Cup. _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |
