Baby Bob Irwin cops first snake bite
February 19, 2008
STEVE Irwin's son Bob has copped his first snake bite - with pride.
His mother, Terri Irwin, said the four-year-old was not alarmed when he was bitten by a baby boa constrictor recently but did ask mum if it was poisonous.
"He picked one of them up and it bit him on the finger, and he was so proud to have copped his first hit," Mrs Irwin said, the Associated Press reported.
"He said, 'I hope it wasn't venomous', so I assured Robert I wouldn't actually let him play with venomous snakes," she said.
Bob's nine-year-old sister Bindi was first bitten by a snake when she was 18 months old, Mrs Irwin said.
Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin died in 2006 after he was pierced by a stingray's barb during an underwater documentary shoot. He was 44.

Tis OK to play with snakes my little darling. But please stay away from Sting Rays because they are more dangerous _________________ All this may be summed up in one word - CHARACTER - and if that is not worth developing, nothing is.

Much prefer young Bob to be playing with snakes.
Plenty of mum's out there that are letting their kids play with the discarded needles of their dirty habits.
And plenty out there letting the bubs new "daddy" play with them as well. |

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting sick of the Irwins and in particular, channel nine's media saturation with them. Fair dinkum, if Bob dropped a fart, it would probably end up as a feature story on the Today Show! |

lol, I was sick of the Irwins from day one.
Steve and Terri are probably the most annoying people to have ever lived on Earth, which makes me worry about the monster they've created in Bindi (who already seems to be off the annoyingness charts). Poor Bob! _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Steve and Terri are 2 of the nicest people to have ever lived on Earth, fantastic people, so what if the networks want to cover them, bag the networks but dont take it out on them |

You can be nice AND annoying.
My sister is nice (well to most people but me), but geez, she's annoying as hell.
Not quite on the Irwin level though _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |
