I thought it was excellent. Looking forward to the second episode.
Having a look now. Saw the trailer at MIFF and thought it'd be a bit cringeworthy, but it's not bad actually. Better acted than most Australian films.
But why is it that so many people in Australian films and TV shows use cocaine? I mean, I've seen a lot of weed, pills and hallucinogens at various parties, but never coke. Maybe it's a Sydney thing?

Breaking Bad- Just watched the finale to season 4, Wow! terminally ill teacher cooks meth to provide for his family, but cartel problems make life difficult. Just know it's gonna end badly!(via torrent). Best thing on TV by a country mile.
The Wire - enough said
In Treatment - Series 3 is the last unfortunately. Each 30 min episode focuses on a psychiatrist (Gabriel Byrne) an a different patient. Confronting, disturbing and totally fantastic tv.
Boardwalk Empire - Season 2 just started. Get via torrent.
Dexter - Series 6 just started (via torrent) With every kill Dexter becomes more human. Fascinating.
Weeds - I think series 5 is about to begin. Desperate mum sells drugs to keep her family afloat. Just know its gonna end badly 2.
Game of Thrones - HBO series first season available via torrent. The books come to TV. Excellent, gory, bloody fantasy.
Southland - just started watching this. Series 1 & 2 available. There's a bit of The Wire about this gritty police drama. Looks good.
There's all of that excellence......and then there's series 1-7 of The West Wing. The best TV I've ever watched......over and over and over.
After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
Collingwood rules the world again and Mick Malthouse fulfils his destiny with the twenty ten premiership and can you hear the people sing!
Dexter is gradually recovering. As each series progresses we see him healing (psychologically speaking) and understanding/overcoming his problems/pathology.
Last series was a bit of a dog's dinner but I suspect it had a lot to do with Dexter's real-life cancer making the schedules chaotic. I'm hoping the new series moves back to the previous standard.
