I'd say we only had 4 gettable shots on goal that were missed.

Tarks set shot from 40 out that didn't make the distance.
Dawes from 30 out, 45 degree angle.
Swan's snap when 2 Pies were alone in the goalsquare.
Cloke's miss from 55.

I think he was actually trying to get it to Jolly, just overcooked the dinky kick around the corner.

Listenening to 774 , when they were interviewing Swanny , they mentioned that he is leaving the club.

Is he moving overseas ?

His name is Kevin Burn......he is an accountant by trade....He like many other unsung heroes at the Pies worked for nothing except expenses for travel etc....He is from Ireland and is taking the family back for a stint in the home counrtry...A great Collingwood man who the players loved and who will be missed greatly...

Too the footy itself - very impresses with tooves and reid, good to see goldy back and loved browns shit truck turn and goal. Leon had a shocker but didn't cause too much damage, it wS like he's half an inch away from a brilliant spell - but then again I'm a complete Leon apologist. - but mark my words, he'll be cherry ripe for finals time this year.

Good entertainig game and nice to keep that margin for most of the game - go pies!!!

Channel 10 would be better off getting rid of Tim Lane, and while they are at it, Sam should go too. She almost makes Caro look intelligent!

I couldn't claim to be a fan of either Sam Lane or Caro but don't basket Sam in the same universe as Caro. C Wilson is a muckraker who lives on subjective opinions and rumours. She rarely uses facts and always looks to be negative.

If nothing else, Sam Lane has got a g8 Rs

it did not look like it on the replay. looked like an intentional shot. i too wonder why he didn't pass it oi, too, wondered why he had the shot. it did not look like it was unintentional.

Was happy with the win- but our kicking was still bad, what is with Dale's run up??
Very happy with Harry O, Dawes, Presti , Goldy and Side bottom.

It was good to see us use the corridor occassionally i.e Harry's awesome goa.

We still have to be more ruthless if we are to smack cats and drag queens.

^ Just on that - You know, I normally like to see us rough it up a little before the bounce as an indication of intensity. Against the Swans, going by TV viewing only, it looked as though the opposition was looking to engage us physically prior to the first bounce. However, the boys were really focused on the ball. That caught my attention.

Ried was a highlight for me & most of the others mentioned.
It's amazing how we dominate some games,.. most games this year really!
